Music in the Park

2001-present  Harbor Arts has produced a summer concert series. Past year’s performances include the South Shore Concert Band, and internationally known and award-winning Chicago Times senior quartet as well as Billy Nicks and the Rhythm Rockers. “Millie’s Hootananny” featured the talents of Bridget Murphy.  Harbor Arts has presented Indonesian puppetry, Poets, and a plethora of music in various genre and cultures.

Shakespeare in the Park – 1998-1999

The Shakespeare in the Park series consisted of nearly two dozen torchlight performances featuring roles of Romeo and Juliet in collaboration with Tripaway Theater Co from Chicago.

This series was geared toward exposing the local community to works of Shakespeare in a creative venue.
