Sounds of Silents Film Festival

1999-2007

Harbor Arts produced silent film screenings with original and newly written scores, performed indoors and out of doors at the Vickers Theatre. Film history aficionado, Jon Vickers, selected classic silent films and engaged musicians to create and perform original scores to these classics.  These many talents breathed new life into silent films and entertained audiences who had never before experienced these historical pieces.
